Approved Motors Limited trading as Approved Motors Ltd, registered address: 8 Colton Road, HARROW, MIDDLESEX, HA1 1SG, is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (firm reference number is 950592). Approved Motors Limited is a credit broker and not a lender.

We are permitted to introduce you to a limited number of lenders and typically will receive a commission for doing so.

2. Our Services

 

We will assess your needs and, based on the information you provide, introduce you to a lender that may be suitable for your circumstances. You will then need to make your own choice about how to proceed.

Once we submit your application to a third-party lender, they may conduct a hard credit search which can negatively impact your credit score. We will always provide you with both the advantages and disadvantages of the product types that are available to you.

We do not provide independent financial advice.

 

 

 

3. Our Relationship with Lenders

 

We work with a panel of selected lenders. We do not offer products from the whole market.

The lenders we work with typically pay us a commission. This commission may be a fixed fee or a percentage of the amount you borrow.

 This information about any commission we receive will be provided to you.

4. Commission Disclosure

 

We typically will receive a commission from the lender for introducing you to them. The amount of commission may vary depending on the lender and the product selected.

We can introduce you to a limited number of preferred lenders and/or brokers, also known as credit firms. Each of these may have different interest rates and charges.

We will not charge you a fee for an introduction to a credit firm but will receive a commission from them if you enter into a finance agreement. These commissions may vary between credit firms but they will be pre-agreed and are either a fixed fee or a fixed percentage of the amount you borrow.

Finance is subject to status (for example, your income, employment and creditworthiness) and approval. Finance is only available to permanent UK residents aged 18 and over.

We aim to acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days. We aim to resolve all complaints within 60 days, we will provide updates at 14 days, 45 days, and closure by 60 days.

If we are unable to resolve your complaint, you may refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service, Exchange Quay, London E14 9SR.

 

6. Data Protection

We will use your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Your information will be shared with lenders to obtain finance offers.

 

7. Important Information

·  We are a credit broker, not a lender.

·  We do not charge you a fee for our services unless stated otherwise.

·  You should ensure you can afford the repayments before entering into a credit agreement.

 

 

8. Admin fee.

 

We charge fees of £399 on all purchases. All fees are clearly explained and discussed with customers before any purchase is made.
